We recommend cooking (or blanching) the lobsters the day they arrive. You can temporarily place them live in your refrigerator until you do cook them. There are many online videos on how to handle and properly store live lobsters. Contact us immediately if any of them arrive dead. Do not eat any that arrive dead (which is a very rare occurrence).
We recommend cooking them as soon as possible. If you plan to eat them later in the day or the next day, you can blanche cook them and finish the full cooking later.
Delivery days are on Tuesday through Friday except holidays. If you need the lobsters for a non-delivery day, you can order them on the closest delivery day, then blanche them upon delivery. You can then fully cook them on your event day (as long as it's within a couple of days of delivery).
