Unique Maine coastal water temperatures and mineral compositions provide for that rich sweet savory merroir (special flavor). We select the highest quality Grade 'A' live lobsters to be delivered to you. 

A significant portion of the U.S. market does include Canadian sourced lobster, some of which is held in long-term holding facilities (for up to months). We only sell recently trapped Maine sourced.
